US states sue EPA to stop greenhouse gas rules

          Reuters reported on Mar 19, 2010 that as many as 15 states, which include Florida, have already filed suit against the EPA to prevent it from invading state rights by attempting to control CO2 emissions.

          The basis for the suits is that CO2 has not been proven to be dangerous to humans. It certainly is not dangerous to plants all of which require CO2 to live.

          The use of the EPA instead of the legislative process highlights the culture of mendacity that permeates the Obama administration.
