"Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. has decided to appoint a prosecutor to examine nearly a dozen cases in which CIA interrogators and contractors may have violated anti-torture laws and other statutes when they allegedly threatened terrorism suspects, according to two sources familiar with the move."

How many Trojan Horses will Obama ride?  This move to investigate how the CIA tortured detainees is obviously designed to take the focus off of Obamacare. Prior reviews by government prosecutors have found no cause for concern. But this diversion is necessary to move the debate from government takeover of private healthcare, to whether the government committed crimes against humanity.

It seems like a loosing argument to me to say that on the one hand government is responsible for torturing humans, and in the next breath ask humans to trust the government to make humane decisions on their healthcare.

Breaitbart.com reported today that "Burton said that a recommendation now before Attorney General Eric Holder to reopen and pursue prisoner abuse cases is a decision solely for Holder to make without any intervention from the president."  Referring to White House press secretary Bill Burton.

It is very hard to believe that any government controlled agency is independent of this President who has proven to be the most invasive, intrusive force into the lives of private citizens.
